TitaniumalloyTC4cold-rolledtubeandproductionmethodthereofWealsoenjoyagoodreputationamongcustomers.Webelievethatperfectqualityisthelifeforanenterprise.Theinventionrelatestoatitaniumalloy,inparticulartoatitaniumalloyTC4cold-rolledtubeandaproductionmethodthereof.Thealloycomprisesthefollowingcomponentsbyweight:thebalanceofTi,5.5percentto6.75percentofAl,3.5percentto4.5percentofV,lessthanorequalto0.1percentofFe,lessthanorequalto0.1percentofC,lessthanorequalto0.03percentofN,lessthanorequalto0.015percentofHandlessthanorequalto0.15percentofO.ThespecificationoftheTC4cold-rolledtubeisouterdiameter10-140mm*wallthickness0.5-25mm(however,theratiooftheouterdiametertothewallthicknessislargerthan2).Intheprocessofcold-rollingthetitaniumalloytube,lubricantisaddedontheinnerandtheoutersurfacesofthetubeblankandthesemi-finishedtube,rollingisthencarriedout,oxidationannealingiscarriedoutonthetubeinoxygenaftereachrollingpass,asingleedgeisinwardlyshearedby0mmto0.8mm,scalecinderandflawsarecompletelyremovedbeforethelastonetotwopasses,thetubeiswashedbyalkaliandacidoracidandthenbywaterandthenrolledbeforeafinishedproductisproducedafter1to16rollingpasses,therolledfinishedproductisannealedinoxygenorvacuum,andtheannealedfinishedproductiswashedbyalkaliandacidoracidagain.Theperformanceofthetitaniumalloy(TC4)cold-rolledtubeisgood,themetallographicstructureisuniform,andthesurfacequalityofthetubeisgood.
